Quality Improvements

Improvement to the process applying Core Template changes to Custom Templates 

Improved the way that changes to our Core Templates (eg updates to jQuery libraries) are applied to custom templates. Fixed an issue where successful updates were not being tracked correctly so the process might report it incorrectly as a failure.
