HelpStudio & Document! X 2024.1 Patch 1 contains the following improvements

Improved Features

  • GIT Integration
    • Added support for local repositories
    • Added ability to place HelpStudio project in Subfolders of an existing repository
    • Improvements to handling of GIT Credentials
  • Sitemap generation
    • Made sitemap generation optional
  • Re-implemented the auto-update functionality

Quality Improvements

  • fixed issue with GIT authentication using local certificate
  • Fixed an issue with GIT Check ins not always pushing to repository
  • Corrected date format for sitemap generation
  • Forced use of '.' decimal separator as per standard instead of using the locale specific decimal separator for sitemap.
  • Fixed an issue with Visual Studio Extension with missing Toolbars in VS 2019
  • TOC removes anchor link from link
  • Fixed an issue with Open API documentation which potentially caused  dupicate key error.
